A Culture Review provides an opportunity to step back and explore what it is really like to experience your setting as a child or young person, and as an adult.
Together, we look beyond policies and processes to consider the everyday experiences that shape whether young people feel safe, connected, valued and able to thrive.
A review can include:

Culture Change Project
Turning insight into meaningful, sustainable change
Sometimes identifying what needs to change is only the beginning. A Culture Change Project provides longer-term support to help educational settings understand their current culture, develop a clear vision for change and turn that vision into everyday practice.
Projects include:

Work collaboratively with leaders and staff to develop a shared vision and practical approach.

Build understanding and confidence through leadership workshops and professional learning.
